An MSP (managed IT service provider) has acquired a specialist in SaaS and web application development, the two St. Louis-based companies have revealed.
The agreement involves the purchase by Alliance Technologies Tuva Interactive. The acquired asset merges with a newly launched sister company called Alliance Systems – which focuses on design, web development and business solutions.
Buyer is one of the 50 fastest growing businesses in St. Louis, according to a local monthly magazine. Alliance Technologies achieved Microsoft Silver Partner status as a cloud solutions provider for small and medium businesses in 2018. The company’s key services include cloud assessment, hosted, managed and network services. Alliance Technologies also offers expertise in Office 365 for nonprofits.
Meanwhile, Tuva has operated in St. Louis for over 20 years under the leadership of Ken Mocabee. The company has developed B2B and B2C applications as well as SaaS solutions in vertical markets such as financial, manufacturing and professional services.
The merger expands the services offered by Alliance to include web development, application development, mobile application development and systems integration.
