You are IT Jbird web design!

Three questions for Jennifer Stoltz, co-founder of Jbird web design.

Why did you start your business?

Michael and I have been in the web design business since 1998. Back then, if a new or small business wanted a website, they had to hire a digital design agency. Unfortunately, it was mostly large companies that could afford this huge cost.

Now, web design tools have become more accessible to technical designers and developers, which has been a significant and positive change in the industry. About five years ago, we decided to take our collective experience and love of web design and start our own “boutique” digital design agency. Michael is fluent in the technical side and my passion and expertise is on the design/copywriting side. Together, we have been able to help customers in our community realize their business goals. And we really love what we do!

What is your best-selling product/service?

Our services vary according to the needs of our clients. Some customers want a complete e-commerce store to sell their products online, while others are looking for a purely informational website to showcase their services.

Whatever the business objective, we provide the highest level of customer service possible. And we make the process of creating a website – which can seem overwhelming at first – a simple, collaborative and fun experience for our clients. It’s exciting for our clients to see their vision come to life with a completely personalized website they love.

Have you “reinvented” your small business?

When we founded our company, our goal was to design and build websites for all sizes of businesses. After working with our first clients who were entrepreneurs and small business owners, we realized that they needed to be able to digitally compete in their respective markets. Since a website is one of the most important and effective marketing tools to reach a large audience, it is very important to have a beautiful and strategically designed website that helps in making a positive first impression.

And our passion is to help make that possible for every customer we serve.
